Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Aurealm Crystals, we want you to feel supported in every purchase. This Cancellation, Return & Store Credit Policy explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, and store credits work, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

SECTION I.

Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation by Customer:

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier, at no charge.
  • To cancel, log in to your account → “My Orders” → “Cancel Order”, or write to info@aurealmcrystals.com with your order number.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery or initiate a return request as per the Returns section below.

b) Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability.
  • Pricing or product description errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Inability to ship to the provided address.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

SECTION II.

Returns

a) Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery and only after approval by Aurealm Crystals.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
  • Returns are accepted only for eligible physical products. Bookings, sessions, digital services, gift cards, and custom or ritual-prepared items are non-returnable.

b) Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Bookings, sessions, readings, consultations, and digital services.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
  • Custom, personalized, final sale, or ritual-prepared items where clearly marked on the product page.

SECTION III.

Return Process

  • Initiate a return request through your account or by emailing info@aurealmcrystals.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) within the return window.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner, subject to PIN code serviceability.
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship to our address. Shipping costs may not be reimbursed unless the return is due to our error.

SECTION IV.

Refunds & Store Credit

a) General Refund Policy:

  • Aurealm Crystals does not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.
  • For approved returns, we may issue store credit or replacement instead of a cash refund.
  • Refunds are only applicable in limited cases such as seller-side cancellation, confirmed damaged/defective/incorrect item, or when a replacement is unavailable.

b) Store Credit:

  • Approved returns may be resolved through store credit equal to the eligible product value.
  • Store credit may be used for future purchases on Aurealm Crystals.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway fees, and any non-product charges may not be included in store credit unless the issue was caused by us.

c) Refund Timelines Where Applicable:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days.
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days.
  • Wallets (Paytm, etc.): 24-48 hours.
  • COD (via bank transfer): 5-7 business days from receipt of bank details.

Note: Bank processing timelines may vary; please check with your bank if an approved refund takes longer than the stated period.

SECTION V.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or colour variations of the same product, subject to availability and approval.
  • To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return.
  • If the requested variant is unavailable, we may issue store credit instead.

SECTION VI.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aurealmcrystals.com with photos and order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after verification.
  • In such cases, no return shipping fees will be charged to you.
  • We may request an unboxing video for high-value items as proof for damage, defect, or missing item claims.

SECTION VII.

Late or Missing Approved Refunds

If an approved refund has not been received within the stated timeline:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often processing time.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your approved refund, please contact us at info@aurealmcrystals.com.

SECTION VIII.

Sale Items

Discounted, sale, final sale, or promotional items are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

SECTION IX.

Gift Returns

If a product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, eligible approved returns may be issued as store credit for the value of the returned item. The original purchaser may be notified where required.
