Thank you for shopping at Aurealm Crystals. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to shipping of products purchased from our website.

SECTION I.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

SECTION II.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
  • To check serviceability, enter your PIN code at checkout.
  • International shipping: Currently not available.

SECTION III.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2-4 business days.
  • Tier-2 cities: 4-6 business days.
  • Other locations and remote areas: 5-8 business days.
  • Northeast India, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar: 7-10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics partner delays, regional disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SECTION IV.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within India and will be verified before dispatch
  • Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

We work with trusted logistics partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart
  • DTDC
  • Shiprocket
  • India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post)
  • XpressBees / Ekart / Shadowfax (as applicable)

SECTION VI.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order on the courier partner's website or under “My Orders” on our website.
  • If tracking does not show updates within 24 hours, please contact us at info@aurealmcrystals.com

SECTION VII.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us (RTO), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or process a refund less applicable shipping costs.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled time.

SECTION VIII.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Note this with the courier and contact us within 24 hours at info@aurealmcrystals.com.
  • If items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items received.
  • We may request an unboxing video for high-value items as proof for damage/missing claims.

SECTION IX.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at checkout.
  • Aurealm Crystals is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address changes after order placement may not be possible. Contact us immediately at info@aurealmcrystals.com for assistance.

SECTION X.

Taxes & Duties

  • All applicable GST is included in the product price.
  • For international orders (if applicable), customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country.

SECTION XI.

Force Majeure

Shipping and delivery may be impacted by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any expected delays.
